Librarians

Some of the Year 6 children are given the opportunities to become librarians during lunchtimes. They are responsible for ensuring that the libraries are being used effectively and they encourage all pupils to utilise the wonderful space which promotes Reading for Pleasure. 

 

In addition to this, the librarians are in charge of the 100 books area in which pupils are encouraged to visit and read some of the 100 books that every child much read before leaving Primary school. 

 

Reading buddies are also held over a lunchtime in the KS2 library.
