  Year 2 – Charity event- ‘Wear a hat, share a hat’.

  Dear Parents and Carers,

   

  In Year 2 we have been talking about local issues in our area. We have found that an issue that we feel deeply about is homelessness.

   

  The children would like to run an event in school on Friday 15^th November 2024 called ‘wear a hat, share a hat’. This is where everyone is invited to wear a hat that can be donated to the local charity – nightsafe who can disperse these to those in need.

   

  The hats do not need to be brand new so look for those that you do not need or use anymore. We will welcome hats of all sizes too so these can be children’s or adults.
